Tofu for breakfast

My tofu breakfast 

Morning everyone! I just finished at gym and I'm starving!!
Im having tofu for breakfast today :)

Super high in protein and low in carbs!


What i used: 
1/2 packet of hard tofu (150gms) (Macro brand at the supermarket, but any will do)
1/2 tomato
hand full of mushrooms
To flavor the tofu... smoked paprika, pepper (u can use what ever you like)
coconut oil

Heat two non stick pans with a little coconut oil. In one pan,cook the tomato and mushrooms first as they take longer to cook, then in the second pan, add the tofu and cook until it turns a bit golden.


 Then serve with a little cracked pepper! :)
